RV Park Phone

Port your park's number

This is the authorization your current phone company needs before they will release a number. One phone company per form.

Upload a phone bill from the last 30 days. The port is rejected without it. Copy the name and address from that bill, including LLC, Inc., or a person's name. This form is for U.S. numbers. Do not enter a Social Security number or tax ID.
1 · The bill

Name on the account

Use a recent bill from the company that has the number today.

Exactly as printed. If the bill is in a person's name, enter that name.

Leave blank if it is the same as the name on the bill.

Whose name is on the bill? *
2 · Authorization

Person who can approve the port

This must be someone the phone company will accept: an owner, or someone else named on the account.

Use a number you are not moving. We may need it while the switch is in progress, and the phone company may text it to confirm.

3 · Current company

Where the number is now

The company on the bill, not the phone you answer it on.

Printed on the bill. A cell-phone port needs this.

Wireless ports are rejected without it. Landline and cable bills often have no PIN — leave it blank if yours does not.

The billing telephone number. It might be one of the numbers you are moving, or a different number on the same account.

4 · Address

Address on the bill

The service address the phone company has on file. It may be the park, or a home office. Copy it from the bill.

Enter the billing address from the bill.

5 · Numbers

Numbers to move

List every number that should ring on RV Park Phone. Most parks move the main office line. Add a fax, gate, or camp-host line if it should move too.

How much of the account should move? *

Only if the main number on the bill is one you are moving and other numbers are staying. The old company needs a number left on the account. Leave this blank if the main number is staying.

6 · Timing

When to switch

The phone company confirms the actual day. A simple local number usually takes one to two weeks. The line can be unavailable for a short time that day.

Optional. Leave blank and we will propose a day.

Tell us if a fax, alarm, card reader, or gate dials out on a number you are moving.

7 · Copy of the bill

Upload the phone bill

Use a bill from the last 30 days. It needs to show the account name, the service address, and the number you are moving. A PDF is best. Photos of those pages work too.

Up to 8 files, 10 MB each. If other fields need fixing, you will have to choose the bill again.

    8 · Signature

    Authorize the port

I am authorized to act for this park. I authorize RV Park Phone, a service of Running Light Software, to port the telephone numbers listed on this form away from the current phone company and onto RV Park Phone. The name, service address, and account details I entered match the current phone bill. I understand the current phone company may text or call to confirm this request, and that these numbers may be briefly unavailable on the day they switch. I will keep the current phone service active until RV Park Phone confirms the numbers have moved.

Signed October 20, 2026. Questions about a field? Call 214-299-5150.

We use this only to move the numbers you listed.
